With expertise in cultural management, Aphrodite Panagiotakou is Director of Culture and Director of Communication & Marketing of the Onasis Foundation of Housing and Arts. In addition, she is responsible for the actions of the Kavafi File and a member of the Rethink Athens organisational and communication team - the Centre for the University of Athens. She has studied museology at the University of Athens and has studied postgraduate studies in Aintuitic and then in Cultural Policy and Management.

Dimitrios Pantermalis

President of the Acropolis Museum

Born in 1940 in Thessaloniki, he is Greek archaeologist and politician. He served as a professor of archaeology at the Aristotle University of Thessalonica and is more known as the manager of the excavations conducted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in “Ancient Dion”. Now he's president of the Governing Board of the Acropolis museum.

Kostas Bakoyannis is a Greek politician. Having served as mayor of the town of Karpenisi, he was popularly elected Regional governor of Central Greece in the 2014 local elections. In June 2019, he was elected as the new Mayor of Athens starting from 25 August 2019.

Marlen Mouliou

Assistant Professor in Museum Studies Address, NKUA

Assistant professor of Museology in the history and archeology department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She is a member of the Ad hoc Commission of the shear museology studies program of NKUA, as well as teaching in it since 2003. Her research interest is focused, among other subjects, on history and the modern function of the historical and archaeological museums, the city and university museums, on the social role of museums and the interpretation of material and intangible culture.

Nikolas Giatromanolakis

Secretary of State for Culture and Sport

He was born in Athens in 1975. Since 4 January 2021, he is a Secretary of State for Culture and Sport, responsible for matters of modern culture. He holds a degree of Political Sciences and International Relations at the University of Public Policy (MPP) by John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. He has been active in the field of human rights and in particular the rights of LGBTQ+ people. He has worked with organisations that promote the physical and mental health of children. In addition, he has voluntarily participated in social enterprises and initiatives such as Refergon and Social Fashion Factory.

Panagiotis Varelas

Painter and a representative of the Chamber of Fine Arts Greece

He was born in Saint George at Livadia in 1959 and attended the School of Vocational & Technical Education. In 1982 he worked in the "Guide" Weekly, a newspaper of the Greek Communist Youth. His creative and visual concerns were expressed in the newspaper, through dozens of newspaper covers, featuring illustrations, sketches, etc. He designed political posters, book covers, and dozens of communication policy forms. The evolution of printing, lithography and emerging digital technology enabled it to develop a way of seeing their visual and communication role in general. Now he is a painter and a representative of the Chamber of Fine Arts Greece.

Renzo Piano was born in 1937 in Genoa. He attended the Milan Polytechnic (decision 1964) and then worked in the construction sector. Some of his most famous works around the world include the skyscraper in London, the Kansai International Airport in Osaka, Japan, but also the Culture Centre Stavros Niagos in the New Phalo.
